Managing roles and permissions in AI+ Knowledge Base is essential to secure your data and ensure that each team member can access the information and features they need. ### Types of Roles in AI+ Knowledge Base 🔑 | Role | Access the Knowledge Base | Download/Delete a document | Use Knowledge Base for AI Content Generation | | - | - | - | - | | **Owner** | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | | **Member & Guest Writer** | ❌ | ❌ | ✅ | The owner has full access to the database. They can create, edit, delete files, and manage users. ### 2. Assigning Permissions 🎯 Members can also access and edit databases if granted permission by an administrator, directly from the user submenu in the settings. This configuration applies to a workspace. Therefore, you will need to repeat the process for each workspace if you wish to enable access to AI+ Knowledge Base.
