It’s important to note that if the marketing manager wants to produce specific content, such as blog articles, they must configure their Brand Voice with existing blog examples written by humans. Likewise, for category pages, they should train the AI using examples of existing category pages.

Writers only need to activate the tool from the "AI+" sidebar in the editor, and the AI automatically applies the brand voice while optimizing the text for SEO.

How to Use AI+ Brand Voice

When you log into the platform, navigate to the "AI+" tab to access the Brand Voice feature.

Once you've entered the section, click on "New Voice" (top right) to begin setting up your Brand Voice.

Give a name to your Voice and fill in your "settings" with as much information as possible to ensure the most precise Brand Voice.

Then go in the "training" section and give a maximum of documents so that you have the most precise Brand Voice. 

When using AI+ Brand Voice, there are several ways to provide content examples to train the AI to match your brand’s tone of voice. You can add content to the platform in the following formats:

  • URLs: You can provide the link to any webpage containing the content you wish to use as an example. This is particularly useful for blog posts, product pages, or any online content that reflects your brand's voice. If the page contains tables, be sure to remove them after importing to prevent the AI from factoring them into the tone analysis. This will ensure the best possible Brand Voice consistency.

  • Plain Text: You can directly paste text into the platform, with a maximum limit of 20,000 characters. This option is ideal if you have content in a document or file that you want to copy and include manually.

  • Files: The platform also supports file uploads in PDF or TXT format. This allows you to upload documents that are not available online, such as internal guides, articles, or offline content that reflects your brand’s voice.

Once your Brand Voice is set up, you can easily enable or disable it by toggling the switch at the top right of your screen. This allows you to apply your Brand Voice to any content you create, ensuring consistency whenever needed.
