Automatic monthly reports

How does it work?

Once your Intelligence Hub configuration is finalized and validated, a new report is automatically generated each month.

Schedule

  • Generation: Between the 4th and 10th of each month

  • Analyzed data: Previous month (M-1)

  • Example: A report generated on March 7, 2026, will analyze data from February 2026

No action required

  • You don't need to do anything, everything is automatic

  • AI Properties (themes, personas, marketing funnel stages) are automatically applied to new URLs

  • Your analyses are always up-to-date

Access to reports

Current report: By default, you always see the latest generated report.

Report history: You can view reports from previous months to compare trends and measure the impact of your actions.

Intelligence Hub offers several export possibilities to leverage your data beyond the interface.

Each chart has an export option:

Available formats

  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

  • PNG (image)

How to export a chart?

  1. Hover over the chart

  2. Click the export icon (top right of the chart)

  3. Choose SVG or PNG

  4. The file is downloaded automatically

Exporting data

From the Data Explorer screen

Export of all tabular data.

Available formats

  • Excel (.xlsx)

  • CSV (Comma-Separated Values)

Current limits

  • Maximum 50,000 rows per export (current version)

  • If your dataset exceeds this limit, use filters to segment your exports

  • Example: Export theme by theme

How to export data?

  • Go to the Data Explorer

  • Apply the desired filters (optional)

  • Click the "Export" button

  • Choose Excel or CSV

  • The file is downloaded

The export includes all visible columns:

  • URL

  • Domain

  • Top keyword

  • Search volume

  • Position

  • My position

  • Estimated traffic

  • Page type

  • Theme

  • Persona

  • Marketing funnel stage

  • Traffic type

  • Length (short/long tail)

Q&A

Can I generate a report on demand? No, only automatic monthly reports are generated.

Can I access historical reports? Yes, all your monthly reports are kept without any time limit. You can navigate between reports to compare trends.

Can I share a report with someone else? You can share a direct link to an Intelligence Hub report with someone in your SEMJI organization.
