### Timeline and automatic reports
**ℹ️ Note:** reports always cover the previous month.
Intelligence Hub reports are based on **data from the previous full month.**
*Example: if a report is generated on March 13, 2026, the data analyzed corresponds to February 2026.*
Once your setup is complete, Intelligence Hub automatically generates a new report every month **between the 4th and the 10th.**
You don't need to take any action; data are refreshed automatically with the information from the previous month.
### How to use it?
1. Set up your competitors.
2. Understand the main screens and the metrics and dimensions needed to read the charts (visibility, topics, page types, funnel).
3. Dive deeper into the AI properties (topics, personas, marketing funnel) and identify opportunities using your data.
4. Use the automatic reports and exports to share your analyses (executive committee, teams, clients).
### Q&A:
#### Where do the data used in Intelligence Hub come from?
Intelligence Hub relies on reliable sources:
- **Semrush API** for traffic and ranking data
- **LLM** for classification (page types, topics, personas, funnel stages)
The LLM is used only to categorize content and does not generate the metrics (traffic, rankings).
#### Normalized traffic: why do my numbers differ from my Google Search Console?
Intelligence Hub displays **normalized traffic**: we start from Semrush's estimate, then **adjust** it using a coefficient calculated from your Google Search Console.
**How does it work?**
1. We compare, over a past month, the Search Console traffic (real) and the Semrush traffic (estimated).
2. We calculate an adjustment coefficient.
3. We apply this coefficient to all analyzed domains (yours and your competitors').
**Benefit:** more reliable comparisons better aligned with your reality.
#### Do the data include my Analytics connectors (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics...)?
No. Intelligence Hub does **not** use the data from your connectors for competitive analysis.
Only your **Google Search Console** data are used to calculate the traffic **normalization coefficient.**
#### Are my data used to train AI?
**No.** Your data are **never used** to improve models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, nor are they shared with third parties.
#### The data don't match my Google Search Console
**This is normal.** Intelligence Hub shows **normalized** traffic: we start from Semrush's estimate, then **adjust** it using a coefficient calculated from your Google Search Console.
**Why?** Semrush's numbers are estimates, while Search Console reflects your real data. Normalization makes it possible to compare your domain and your competitors on a more consistent basis.
**How does it work?**
1. We compare, over a past month, the Search Console traffic (actual) and the Semrush traffic (estimated).
2. We calculate an adjustment coefficient.
3. We apply this coefficient to all analyzed domains.
#### I don’t have access rights to Intelligence Hub, why?
1. Contact an administrator of your workspace to request access to Intelligence Hub.
2. If you are the administrator and owner of the workspace: go to **Settings \> Workspace \> Users**, then enable **Intelligence Hub** access for your user.
#### Are the competitors informed that I am analyzing them?
No, the analysis is completely invisible to your competitors. We use public data from Semrush.
